where are the keys stored?
ALL keys are stored safely INSIDE your building and can be delivered securely to the customer outside via the kiosk faceplate that connects through the wall.
can I install it myself?
Kiwi Kiosks are designed to be self-installed, if you are comfortable with a little bit of DIY!
what if I want to use more keys?
Future upgrade add-on packages are planned; bringing Kiwi Jr capacity to 16 AND Kiwi capacity to 32.
can Kiwi Kiosks really operate all day long?
Kiwi Kiosks have been designed to operate 24/7, enabling your business to service your customers even when your shop is closed!
do I have to install custom software?
There is no software installation for service providers. Our PDMG Kiwi App will run on any internet connected device without the need to install custom software and annoying updates.
does Kiwi work with my DMS?
Yes! Kiwi software is very friendly and allows you to import customer and auto data for new customers using Kiwi Kiosk System directly into your DMS with ease!
is your software / app secure?
Kiwi is a secure B2C system and uses 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for all key transactions. This is the latest technology in ensuring a safe and secure mobile transaction.
what else can customers do with the PDMG Kiwi App?
Besides picking-up and dropping-off their vehicles, customers can also order services with the PDMG – Kiwi App, sign service requests, and even be notified of important things such as service notifications, vehicle registration renewals, vehicle inspection reminders, and more!
how do i know what keys belong to what service order?
The PDMG Kiwi App and Kiwi Software will directly link the keys being dropped-off to a service order AT the time of drop-off, so that your service tech will be able to easily identify the keys that belong to the service request. no more wasting valuable time walking around the lot to identify vehicles and the calling customers to see what they need done!
can customers pick up their vehicles without paying?
The service technician will have to mark the service as complete, including payment, when putting the keys into the kiosk. If the service order is NOT marked as “paid” then the PDMG Kiwi App will not allow the user to pick their vehicle up using the Kiosk / PDMG Kiwi App.
