Yes! Kiwi-IT software is very friendly and allows you to import customer and auto data for new customers using Kiwi Kiosk System directly into your DMS with ease!

Besides picking-up and dropping-off their vehicles, customers can also order services with the PDMG – Kiwi-IT App, sign service requests, and even be notified of important things such as service notifications, vehicle registration renewals, vehicle inspection reminders, and more!

The service technician will have to mark the service as complete, including payment, when putting the keys into the kiosk. If the service order is NOT marked as “paid” then the PDMG Kiwi-IT App will not allow the user to pick their vehicle up using the Kiosk / PDMG Kiwi-IT App.
